Bridging your talent and the world.

By understanding the structure of how you think, feel, and act — we design the environment where your true capability naturally emerges.

People have different cognitive, emotional, physical, and behavioral patterns. Yet in most cases, these differences go unrecognized — and people are expected to adapt to their environment instead. The result: a world full of untapped potential.

The goal is not adaptation. It's connection — finding the optimal relationship between who you are and how you engage with the world.

SYNC Model

A framework for understanding how cognition, emotion, body, and environment interact as a system — and designing the conditions under which your true capabilities naturally emerge.

4 Design Domains

01

Cognition

Thinking patterns, attention, decision-making. The layer of how you interpret reality.

02

Emotion

Emotional signals, interoception. Emotion is not noise — it's data about system state.

03

Body

Physical state, nervous system regulation. The body is not a vessel — it is the foundation of performance.

04

Environment

Physical, social, and digital context. The environment is not a backdrop — it is a co-author of behavior.

These four domains do not operate in isolation. They are in constant interaction. Changing one part alone changes nothing. Designing the whole structure is where change begins.

Step

01

Understand the Structure

Map the interactions between cognition, emotion, body, and environment

02

Reveal the Pattern

Identify the conditions under which your abilities naturally emerge

03

Design the Environment

Build ways of working and relating that align with your nature

04

Extend with Technology

Use AI and tools to naturally amplify your capabilities

Capability is not something to be improved. It is something to be structurally unlocked — and extended through technology.

Business Professional

You know what to do. But you can't seem to move.

You have the intelligence. You know what needs to be done. Yet decisions waver. Actions don't stick. This isn't a willpower problem. It's a structural one — shaped by the balance of cognition, emotion, body, and environment.

People don't operate through thought. They operate through structure.

Researcher

Intelligence is fragmented.

AI, psychology, UX, neuroscience. The fragments of truth already exist. Yet our understanding of humans remains scattered. Each discipline isolated in its own domain. The problem isn't depth. It's the absence of a spine — a unifying structure that works across all fields.

From specialized knowledge to a universal structure that functions across every domain.

Enterprise (New Business / R&D)

Technology is accelerating. But the human side is undefined.

AI is approaching human intelligence. Technology is extending the body. Yet the 'human evolution' that should receive it remains undefined. Will you stop at surface-level UX improvements? Or open new markets from the root of human understanding?

Redefine human understanding. Generate new markets and new value.

For Individuals

Q&A Letter

Starting from your question, I map the structure behind how you think, feel, and act — and offer a considered response. Rather than providing conclusions, I aim to reframe 'what structural conditions are creating this state' — opening new perspectives and choices.

Format: Async (text or voice)

Conceptual Design Report

I take your theme — AI, product, talent, or otherwise — and restructure it through the lens of human systems. Rather than fitting it into existing frameworks, I draw across multiple disciplines (cognitive science, neuroscience, HCD) to offer a perspective that redefines the theme itself.

Timeline: 2–4 weeks (research + structuring)

Delivery: Document (PDF / Notion)

Yuki Kobayashi

Yuki Kobayashi

I work to eliminate structural misalignment — the gap between a person's innate patterns and the environments they're placed in.

I've lived this myself. There was a period in my life when my cognitive and physical characteristics clashed severely with the existing norms of society. The turning point came when I stopped treating my patterns as defects, and started designing my environment around them. Performance followed naturally.

Today, I integrate neuroscience, cognitive science, human-centered design, and AI to research and practice how dormant human potential can be structurally unlocked.
